Until in January 2000, in order to develop the business and major distribution, they registered Koohveisi Trading Company and obtained a business card.

In February 2006, Koohveisi Company became an official member of the IRATA in the United Kingdom in the field of specialized training in work at height and rescue, and specialized training began at the training center.
In 2012, the production of mountaineering equipment was added to the subject of the company’s activity.
Due to the need to lighten the equipment and energy required for climbing in modern countries to facilitate more professional ascents, the members of the company thought of producing food with freeze drie technology and for this purpose , the construction of the factory was started in Rineh_Larijan industrial town on the slopes of Damavand Peak.
In May 2021, the first product was offered under the OFF COOK brand.
